Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please find our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date: Guests will receive a 100% refund

Cancellations made 7-14 days before the check-in date: Guests will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date: No refund will be issued.

Please note: The cancellation period is calculated based on the local time of the property. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed  within 5–10 business days.

We recommend that guests consider travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to their plans.
